BACK HOME AGAIN

Well we made it back home again. It really was a great trip.
The flight on Allegiant Airlines was great. Leaving from Clearwater/St.Pete Airport was a piece of cake. The ticket counter was right inside the doors and there wasn't any long line. The security was thorough but not obnoxious.
We were picked up in Roenoke by Jean and stayed the night with her and Fritz. Mary came over for dinner. On Wednesday we picked up a car and went to the Wintergreen Resort to stay with Bren and Jana. On Thursday, Eileen, Conner and Amy came to Bren and Jana's place for the day. On Friday, we went to Eileen and Thom's home. On Saterday, we went to Marge and Hank's for Scotts graduation. They had a really big party with a lot of people topped off with a fireworks display. Matt came to Jeans on Saturday. On Sunday, everyone met at Bren and Jana's place and we had a really great party. On Monday, we went back to Jean and Fritz's home. On Tuesday we came back home on another very quick flight.
Being with everyone was so great. All the kids were great and are all growing up so quickly. They all enjoyed being with each other.
Mom and I are so proud of all of our children, their husbands and wives and all of ou grandchildren. To see the love that all of you have for each other and for us is totally inspiring. I thank GOD for allowing us to be a FAMILY.

TWO STORMS HAVE PASSED, ONE IS COMING

Well, two storms have passed us this week. Tropical storm Barry proved to be a fizzle, but did give us some needed rain. New England storm Mickey/Becky proved to be all that was advertised. They arrived here on May 26th and left today. I have never seen so much energy. They combined two days of doing my yard work. They made Mom a garden in the back with all of her plants.(It looks great!) with two days at Busch Gardens, Two days at the beach and swimming in Joe and Dan's pools, Two barbeques, kiack racing a visit to Becky's Aunt and dozens of video games. The boys were very good and were always polite and respectfull. Becky gets up in the morning and keeps going all day. Brian was a great help in the yard work.
The third storm is leaving here on Tuesday and striking Virginia with all of its fury. So you better watch out!!!!!! We are flying to Roenoke on Allegiant Air and arrive there at 2:55 PM. We will be visiting everyone in Virginia. Don't take any special precautions for us because I will drink any kind of beer. We will be staying for one week and flying back to Dunedin on 6/12. We are looking foward to seeing everyone.
