SUMMER IS HALF WAY OVER

Well here it is August already. We have had a long and wet summer so far. But not too much longer to go. Still time for you to visit before the children go back to school. Patrick, Joey, Colin and Scott will all be going away to college this year. Seems like I was going to college not too long ago. Chrisie likes New York. She is living in Williamsburg and is working for an architechural company. Ben finished in 7th place in a triathalon in Richmond. He is shooting for number one. Mickey, Becky and the boys visited us for a week. The children are really growing up quickly.
Mom and I are doing well. Mom is back to her old self except for a little indigestion from her medication. I am getting shots in my knee and being fitted for a brace which should help with my mobility.
Matt opened a volleyball club yesterday. He is partners with Bonnie and his friend Chris. It is located behind a bar in Clearwater. There are two courts and they are forming leagues. So far the response has been very good. They held an open house yesterday. Mom and I went to the open house. Joe, Lisa, Eddie, Dan, Dawn, Sean and Kevin also went. The players were really good and it was very competitive. We just watched because wee didn't want to show off. They have a web site at
