TWO TRUE SAYINGS

"The richest person is not the one who has the most,
but the one who needs the least."

"The happiest people don't have the best of everything,
They just make the best of what they have."

I think these two sayings sum up how we should enjoy life
and be thankful of the blessings GOD has given us.

FRIDAY THE 13th

Well February is almost half over. I have finished another week at HRB. It has been very slow. I am down over 50% from last year. I think it is a combination of my reduced schedule and the economy. It has gotten to be so easy to file on line using either Turbo Tax or Tax Cut software. Our prices haven't helped our situation. My clients have started to come in.
Mom and I are doing well. We celebrated our 57th anniversary on Monday. What a different world it was then. We have been blessed with so much in our lifetime. It was the best of times.
I went to the cardiolorist and was given a clean bill. I am going to take an echo and a stress test on March 24th so I can get a knee operation in April. I will be doing a marathon with Ben before you know it. Mom has been active going to stores and church.
Bren and Jana are going to visit us. They will be arriving on March 3rd. Matt and Bonnie have been very busy with their volleyball club. Lisa just got back from a company meeting in Las Vegas. She won a trip to St Martens. Kate and Mickey and families have had a cold and icy winter so far.
